Dr. Paul: Your Personal Guide to More Enjoyable Time on the Court
You’ve worked too hard to spend the best years of your life on the sidelines. Whether you’re
building a career and squeezing in Pickleball on weekends, or finally enjoying the freedom of
retirement, you want a body that lets you say “yes” to the things you love – not one that
constantly tells you to slow down.
Dr. Paul Trinkoff built Inlet Crossing Chiropractic for people exactly like you: active adults
40+ who aren’t ready to give up the life they’ve earned, but are smart enough to know they
need something different than they’ve tried in the past. He doesn’t see you as a patient to be
managed; he sees you as an athlete in the second half of life – whether you’re working full-
time, part-time or fully retired – whose body deserves the same level of attention and
engineering as a pro.
Before bringing his skills to Murrells Inlet, Dr. Paul spent decades on the front lines of
performance healthcare. In addition to running a successful chiropractic wellness practice in
New York, he:
- Now serves as team doctor for the Brooklyn Pickleball Team of Major League Pickleball.
- Worked the Finish Line Medical Tent at the NYC Marathon for more than 20 years
- Shared in the success of the Dominican University NCAA Division II regional champion golf team as team doctor/trainer

designs strength and movement programs – not just adjustments.
This is about more than reducing pain scores; it’s about being able to play three Pickleball
matches in a row without limping to the car (and being able to say “yes” to coming back the
next day). That’s why Dr. Paul created this guide for you; so you can achieve your version of
an active, independent life with a body that’s eager to support it.
You bring the desire to stay in the game. Dr. Paul brings the experience, the tools, and
the belief that your body can be retrained to match the life you want. Together, you’re
not just managing pain – you’re building a stronger, more resilient second half of life.
